Apple Cider Sangria

It’s apple-picking season and local food blogger, The Seaside Baker, is sharing her easy recipe for a delicious fall drink just for adults. Make a batch of Apple Cider Sangria (you can even make it a day ahead), then sit back and enjoy – this cocktail is like Fall in a glass!

INGREDIENTS

2 ½ cups fresh apple cider

1 bottle of Pinot Grigio

½ cup brandy

3 apples, chopped

3 pears, chopped

3 cinnamon sticks

½ cup pomegranate seeds

1 cup club soda

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients (except club soda) in a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Make one day ahead of serving, if possible.
Just before serving, stir in club soda.
