Parade travels up Fifth Ave. from Laurel to Upas Sts., then back down Sixth Ave. to Laurel St. in Balboa Park. Then marvel at the sounds, sights and flavors of Ireland at the family-friendly festival that offers live music and dancing, the Celtic Village, the K-12 Celebration of Ireland art contest, games and rides, and vendors.
