FREE Grab a Treat and Go at City Rec Centers. Put on your spookiest costume and visit select recreation centers for a free bag of candy and a scary surprise or two. Walk up is available at all sites and drive up options are available as spacing permits. Recreation centers will be following the County of San Diego recommendations for Halloween during COVID-19.
