FREE All-Inclusive Read 3x3 Literacy event. The Special Needs Resource Foundation of San Diego hosts this event featuring three local authors who will each read a book followed by a craft. Each child will receive a free book (while supplies last) courtesy of San Diego Family Magazine. 10 am–12 pm. San Diego Central Library, 330 Park Blvd., downtown San Diego.
