Be part of the largest and most authentic Louisiana-themed music and food festival this side of the bayou which boasts more than 100 live musical acts and special performances, authentic Cajun, Creole and Southern cuisine, plus family activities including costumed Mardi Gras parades, hat-making with the Rad Hatter and face painting.
