What we collect via Holly’s Action. When you use Holly, the Action may send analytics events to our Google Sheet. Typical fields include:
- Timestamp, event type (e.g., search, route generated, display viewed, advertiser mentioned)
- Session ID (random ID for the current conversation)
- ZIP code you searched (if provided), your query text, selected display IDs/names
- Route waypoints, restaurants suggested, advertiser names mentioned
- Basic technical metadata (e.g., model, response time)
We do not intentionally collect names, emails, or precise addresses unless you include them in free-text queries.
How we use the data.
To measure usage, improve Holly’s recommendations, create aggregate reports (e.g., most-searched ZIPs, counts of advertiser mentions), and demonstrate sponsor value. We do not sell your data.
Where it’s stored and shared.
Events are stored in Google Sheets. We may visualize reports in Looker Studio or similar. Service providers (e.g., Google) process data on our behalf. We don’t share individual-level data publicly; reporting is aggregated.
Retention.
We generally keep analytics data for up to 24 months unless we need it longer for internal reporting, troubleshooting, or legal requirements.
Security.
We limit access to staff who need it and use account protections offered by our providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we strive to protect your information.
Children’s information.
Holly is for parents/caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices.
You may request access or deletion of event data associated with your use of Holly. Email
