Garden Chair Yoga. Classes are gentle and combine both chair and standing postures to provide flexibility, muscular strength, range of motion, agility, vitality, balance/coordination. Bring a mat, water and bundle up for outdoor weather. Thursdays, 1–2 pm. Members free, non-members $12. The Water Conservation Garden, 12122 Cuyamaca College Dr. W., El Cajon. www.thegarden.org
